John Van Dreser, founder and president of Expert Interactive, has been on the cutting edge of the training and e-learning field for more than 25 years, including technical and management positions at LearningByte International, LogicBay Corporation, KLI Learning, FourthShift Corporation, and Dunn and Bradstreet Software. John is recognized as a resourceful leader in the design and development of effective education and e-learning products that enhance performance, increase efficiencies, and build competencies required to increase organizational competitiveness. He has expertise in development of complex education projects that meet both the organization’s business objectives as well as the needs of the end-user and is known for his history of attracting, developing and retaining high performers and building effective cross-functional teams. John holds a Masters degree in Information Media: Human Resource Development and Training from St. Cloud State University and a Bachelors degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point.
